Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted there is no recovery window and no backup we can restore you from. If you want to keep your records, export them first from Settings → Export Health Data.
1. Delete From the App
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and no request to approve.
- Open LogiCura and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Sign in again when prompted, so we can confirm it is really you.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation field, then confirm.
Everything listed in section 3 is removed as part of that single action. You are returned to the sign-in screen once it completes.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot get into your account, write to us and we will delete it on your behalf.
Subject line: Account deletion request
Include the email address of the Google account you signed in with, so we can find the right record.
We verify that you control that address before deleting anything — this protects you from someone else requesting deletion of your records. Verified requests are completed within 30 days, and we email you to confirm once it is done.
3. What Gets Deleted
Both routes above delete the same thing: everything we hold that is tied to your account.
| Where | What is removed |
|---|---|
| Cloud database | Your entire user record: profile and settings, subscription record, biomarker measurements, custom biomarkers, preferences and alarms, medications and medication history, chronic conditions and allergies, AI analysis reports and advisor chat history, clinical documents, meals, meal plans, nutrition goals and saved foods. |
| Cloud file storage | Every file stored under your account: profile photo, measurement attachments, uploaded and scanned clinical documents, meal photos, and generated report PDFs. |
| Your device | The app’s local database and every file it has written, including cached documents, photos and exports held inside the app. |
| Sign-in record | Your authentication account itself, so those credentials can no longer be used to sign in to LogiCura. |
Nothing is archived, quarantined or retained in a “soft deleted” state. The records are removed.
4. What We Cannot Delete
Three things sit outside our control. None of them contain your health data.
- Google Play purchase records. If you bought a subscription, the transaction record belongs to Google and is retained under Google’s own policies. We only ever see a purchase token, never your payment details.
- Anonymous crash reports. Crash and stability reports are tied to an app installation identifier rather than to your account, and are discarded automatically after 90 days. They carry no health information and cannot be traced back to you once the account is gone.
- Data you exported yourself. Any PDF or CSV you exported and saved elsewhere, emailed, or shared with a clinician stays wherever you put it. We have no way to reach it.
5. Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us, so they continue on Google’s schedule until you cancel them there.
Cancel first at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, then delete your account. If you delete first, you can still cancel afterwards from the same page — the subscription is attached to your Google account, not to your LogiCura record.
6. Health Connect Data
If you connected LogiCura to Health Connect, deleting your account removes the copies of that data we hold. It does not delete anything from Health Connect itself, or from the app that originally recorded it — your step counts, sleep and workouts stay where they came from.
To manage or remove that data at the source, open the Health Connect app on your device. You can also revoke LogiCura’s access there at any time without deleting your account.
